"Recently Jeremy came to my house to address a problem I have been having with my bulkhead stairs. Over the last several years I have noticed that the stairs are leaking water into our basement. I tried to fix the problem myself but was unsuccessful. This is especially problematic after it rains for several days. This is a great time to see if his work was successful due to the rain we have been experiencing of late.
