"First off let me start by saying Jeremy is absolutely hilarious. But on a serious note he came out with in a couple days and immediately identified the issues in my basement some that needed to be fixed right away and others that he recommended to keep an eye on. He wasn’t trying to gouge me for every dime, like most. His knowledge of the product being used as a sealant is top notch. He took his time, walked me through the process and ensured that what needed to be sealed was done expertly. When he left so did the worry of having more water in the basement.
