"Our house is 5 years old and had a settlement crack that had previously been repaired with epoxy by the developer. This repair failed, and over the coarse of a year the water leak got bigger and bigger. We had quite a sizeable puddle mark on the foundation floor. I contacted Jeremy and send him some photos; he gave me a quote to fix it with a 15 year warranty. He drilled the old epoxy out, and filled it with a rubber compound that will flex and get into the nooks and crannies. So far, so good.
Dealing with Jeremy was a breeze. We communicated via text message. He showed up on-time, and was polite to my 3 year old who offered him water and Goldfish. He worked quickly, cleaned up before he left, and followed up with me after a heavy rain to make sure everything was OK.
All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend these guys."
