Comments: The provider arrived as scheduled, inspected the crack and then explained what he was going to do to repair it.  He quickly did a preparation of the surface and then applied the repair material neatly and efficiently.  He finished quickly and cleaned up the work area completely.  It was both a professional and a pleasant experience.  I would recommend him to anyone with a similar problem or for any other foundation work.

Project: Waterproofed Basement walls and the main basement floor
Comments: We had substantial leakage from the granite basement walls, where the mortar must have been the original from 1900. It started slow but got gradually worse. The torrential rains of this spring made us realize that we had to solve the problem. We have not had a major rain storm yet, so the proof is still in the pudding. But we are pleased with the working methodologies and the timeliness/professionalism of Jeremy Custeau and his helper, Danny.

Project: Concrete Foundation Crack Repair
Comments: On the day of the repair, the two workers arrived on schedule and were professional. I had been estimated around $400 over the phone sight unseen as I had described it as a narrow crack, which is what it looked like on the exterior. It turns out after pulling a section of the interior drywall that the crack was much wider, longer, and penetrated completely through from the exterior to the interior on a diagonal path. So we agreed on $600. They came equipped to work that day, and they sealed the crack completely in about an hour or less. I scheduled their service several weeks ago and was just waiting to see how the repair held up before writing the review. It looks great and there's no water leakage or anything like that after a couple heavy rains.

Project: Home Foundation Crack Repair
Comments: Done Right Services repaired two cracks in my foundation by rubber coating the inside and placing concrete over the crack on the outside.  The repairs were professionally done, and the areas around the repairs were nicely cleaned up.  I had originally known about one crack, but upon arrival they inspected the basement and identified additional cracks in the foundation. They arrived on time, inspected the basement for additional cracks, and proceeded to repair both cracks found. There was a third crack identified, but we chose not to have it repaired due to small size and location. They left it up to us how much additional work we were interested in taking on.

Project: Sealed two leaks in the basement.
Comments: First this is a long story.  Picture it, Sicily 1929 a young (wait that is Sophia from the Golden Girls).  I met up with these guys a few years aso.  The person who was 1/2 owner of the condo didn't care about water in the basement and wouldn't sign off.  Fast forward new owners and me giving this guy a whirl on a special deal.  They assessed the situation, helped me get in touch with a fantastic plumber to move my oil tank.  They got to work and were done in no time.  The insane warranty is great.  The smell dissipated in about a day. They are great.

Comments: Sealed two cracks (one large, one small) in a concrete foundation wall that had been leaking during heavy rains. I took advantage of an Angie's List promotion for discounted foundation crack sealing. Jeremy was courteous and professional, showed up on time, and did great work. After fixing the major crack, he offered to plug a smaller hole for free. I've not seen any presence of moisture since the work was performed, even during the heaviest rains. Great job all around.
