Done Right Services, Inc. warrants that all labor and workmanship will be free of defects, and of specified quality, and will function properly for 30 years of the sealed and/or repaired area.
This warranty pertains specifically to fieldstone foundations, waterproofing and repairs. Within first knowledge of any defect, Done Right Services, Inc. is to promptly repair or correct any area that fails to function properly at no cost to the owner. This warranty does not apply to damages to the sealed area, caused by accident, misuse or abuse, nor to any sealed area that has been modified, altered, defaced and/or had repairs made or attempted by others.
Under no circumstances shall Done Right Services, Inc. be liable, by virtue of this warranty or otherwise, for damage to any person or property whatsoever, or for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature arising out of the user or inability to use because of the coating defect.
